This study tells me that when considering rentals to buy, we should be looking in areas that have what Millennials want: walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and public transportation. And of course free Wi-Fi and bicycle racks. A gym and a health food store close by would be another plus. On the other hand, covered parking might not be as important as it was in the past.
