Hello Kevin, I enjoyed your conversation with Curt.
I haven’t heard much about multi-family investing in memphis except from you during this interview.
I got the feeling that you were pessimistic about the overall RE market (more difficult to find a good deal).
Do you still feel this way? I’m from CA and want to look beyond investing in crowdfunding (equity and notes). I’d like to learn more about multi-family opportunities in Memphis area. Can you provide some input on this?
I’m looking for 2-4plex in desirable neighborhoods. My default is single family homes.
