Great post. I like 4-plexes, but may consider larger apartments. Thanks for many ideas and things to watch for.

That is exactly my thought. What I have now works for me, 4-plexs and duplexes. I may just ride off into the sunset with what I have now.
It is interesting how perspective and goals change as one gets older.
